Roster, dispatch, live job status, a live map while they're on the clock, navigation, and payroll-ready time cards — and your crew never installs an app, never makes an account, and never costs you a seat fee. Each crew member gets one personal link. That link is their whole toolkit.
Real app footage · demo shop, demo crew · silent
Every tab and lane, laid out in full on the home page →
Add a crew member — name, phone, email, a color. They get a personal magic link (with a QR code to scan right off your screen). No app store, no password, no training session. They save it to their home screen and they're operational.
Pick an hour, and every crew member gets their day emailed automatically: every job with its time, address, notes, and a NAVIGATE button. Their whole route, in their inbox, before they finish their coffee.
Assign someone to a job and hit the dispatch button — they get a clean branded email with the job, the time, the address, gate codes and notes, and their live-day link. Or just tell the AI: “tell Dave he's on the 2 o'clock.”
On their page, crew tap On my way → On site → Done as they work. Every tap lands on your calendar as a colored chip, instantly. Ask the AI “where's my crew right now?” and get a real answer — no phone tag.
Every job carries a glowing NAVIGATE button — Apple Maps turn-by-turn on iPhone, Google Maps on Android, one tap and they're driving to the customer. Phone numbers in the job notes are tap-to-call.
Big CLOCK IN / CLOCK OUT on their page with a live ticking timer. Punches are stamped by the server — nobody can type their own hours. Lunch is just out-and-back-in.
Daily and weekly hours per crew member, who's on the clock right now, overtime split automatically under your own rules (daily and weekly thresholds you set), and a one-tap CSV export for whoever runs your payroll.
Someone forgot to clock out? Fix the punch in seconds — the original tap is never erased. Your correction sits beside it with a note, timestamped, which is exactly what keeps the record payroll-legal.
“How many hours did Dave work this week?” “Is anyone still clocked in?” “Who's dispatched tomorrow?” — the copilot reads dispatch, status, and time cards live, and flags a forgotten clock-out before it becomes a payroll headache.
While a crew member is clocked in, their link records where they are on every status tap and clock punch, plus a light position check every 30 seconds while the page is open on their phone. You see live pins with drive times on the crew map, and customers can get an honest “on my way” text with a real arrival estimate. The moment they clock out, sharing stops — nothing is recorded off the clock, and the server refuses it. You decide whether location is required or optional at your shop; someone who turns it off still clocks in and simply shows as “location off”.
Text it, email it, or let them scan the QR off your screen. It opens a dark, fast page with their name on it. If a phone is lost or someone moves on, tap Regenerate — the old link dies that second.
Their route arrives by email at the hour you choose. At the shop, they open their page and tap CLOCK IN — the timer starts, stamped server-side.
NAVIGATE to each job, then On my way → On site → Done as the work happens. You watch chips change color on your calendar — and, while they're on the clock, pins move on the live map — instead of making calls.
Their hours are on your Time Cards screen the moment they tap: daily totals, weekly totals, overtime split, exportable in one tap.
Add your first crew member and send one link. Tomorrow morning they get a day sheet, and you get your first time card.
