Delete your Ledger AI account
The fastest way — do it yourself, in the app
Open Ledger AI, open Settings and tap Delete account. It takes effect immediately and needs no approval from us.
This works in the iPhone app, the Android app and the web app at heyledger.ai.

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm you own the account and delete it within 30 days, usually within two business days.
You do not need the app installed to make this request.
What gets deleted
Deletion removes active records and files. Earlier copies may remain in restricted encrypted recovery backups until those backups expire. Deleted accounts must not be reactivated when a backup is restored.
Everything in your workspace is erased:
- Your account, name, email address and phone number
- Your business profile, logo, branding and settings
- Your customers, invoices, estimates, quotes and payment records held in Ledger AI
- Your jobs, appointments, crew members and time cards
- Receipts and photos you uploaded
- Your conversations with the AI
- The connections to QuickBooks, Google and any other service you linked
Deleting your Ledger AI account does not delete anything inside QuickBooks, Gmail or Google Calendar. Those are your accounts with those companies and they are untouched.
What we keep
Deleting your account permanently removes your workspace, your receipts, your conversations and the tokens for any connected account. It cannot be undone.
The only records kept afterwards are the billing and tax records for your own subscription — what you paid us, and when — which we are required to keep by law. Those are records of the transaction between you and Ledger AI, not your business data. Nothing is kept for marketing.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting the account stops the service, but it does not automatically cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play — those are managed by Apple and Google, not by us. Cancel it in the App Store or Play Store first. Subscriptions bought on our website are cancelled with the account.
